Community Code

1. WHN is an informal networking community where members are happy for their contact details to be gathered and consolidated into a membership list.
2. WHN is focused on building face-to-face contacts between like-minded people in the Wokingham area, supported by online networking. Attending meetings is the best way to build these relationships.
3. Business promotion to WHN members is acceptable but must respect the fact that some people will not want to be promoted to excessively.
4. Individual WHN members must be given the option of opting out of any business promotion activity. Some members are only interested in the social connections WHN offers.
5. WHN charges a fee for meetings to cover the costs of administration, including maintenance of a website.
